2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to become the leader of Families because I have a certain level of experience and a circle of friends in the game, which motivates my desire to become a leader. and my past experiences are so strong that i believe that i can finish the 2 term without a warning
2. Personally one of my main goal is dominating the beach ghetto with my units and show high activity in all events. I already have lots of friend that wants me to be leader and follow where i go such as FZ Raid,Store Robbery,Hostage Situations... This means there will be no issues on activity and loyalty to the leader. Knowing this support strengthens my desire to become a leader even more.
3. Families was the first gang that i joined in my rp life so i know every single point of the hq and it has special place on my heart so that is one of the reason.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Morning or evening there will always be at least one high command available, which means we'll always be here to solve any potential issues and questions.
2. I don't want to give roles directly to anyone just because they are my friend, because this is serious topic and everyone gets the rank they deserve and the effort they put in.There will be no favouritism and toxicity.
3. I have other plans to make the Gangs economy better. We will be planting solar panels and planting cannabis to our Hq to improve our economy for our Gangs bonuses and we will go to Air drop events for our warehouse.
4. Me and my deputies will be open to newcomers and we will train them in the best way every single day
5. We will make sure we will be doing our daily events with our units every single day

3. In 2nd term we will try for a FIB attack for sure
