When i was roaming in beach market these FIB officer were processing a 10-15 and there is no way that they didnt enter ghetto to come here and according to State rule 5.5 you need more then 2 special officer to enter ghetto and if suppose he didn’t enter from ghetto but you can see they are leaving from ghetto.

From the POV i can see three officers are at the situation and they are moving in 2 vehicles so SR 5.5 broke in the situation
