I'm chasing the guy in the red car—I'm on a bounty hunt. The drivers of the other two cars are coming at us head-on and then trying to file a report, even though they're the ones in the wrong. I keep going to get away and continue chasing the red car.

You used your handbrake in front of a speeding car then claiming they did CR, while you are the one doing CR to not pull over.
