you can see on thread owner's pov , he was provoking me by honking and then i shooted.
ic time 16:21, he was on gun point & he was not leaving after i completed my demands and he came back again , which is Fear Rp.

Also he wanted to die.. he stopped his car while i was shooting ..it shows clearly he does not have fear for his life.
