Hello, i was having a pointy in ghetto and i killed him without asking for a passport or something beacuse its ghetto, after i killed him i got punishment for "fail rp" so idk how if i killed someone in ghetto should i be punished? + the admin made his admin tag while rp situation and he cannot do this, thank you!

Proper decisions taken, for your bounty or assassination missions you must conduct the proper RP by confirming your target weather in ghetto or not, if you do not know the target, you must RPly know them and not just walk up and kill them!
