I am writing to appeal my ban from over a year ago. At the time of the incident, I was collecting statues with my friend (ID 264741). I am submitting this separate appeal because my friend's ban was recently lifted, and I am hoping for the same opportunity to clear my name.
During that session, my friend was driving the vehicle we were using when it caught fire. Due to a visual bug or a major sync/desync issue, the vehicle appeared fully repaired on our screens, and my friend continued to drive it. I was simply riding along in the passenger seat during this entire situation. The ban reason given was "Cheats," but I have never used any illegal software or scripts.
I have been banned for over a year now. If I were actually a cheater, I wouldn't still be here a year later trying to prove my innocence. I am entirely open to a full PC check to show you that I am completely clean and have nothing to hide. I truly miss playing on this server and just want a fair chance to return.
I was caught in a technical misunderstanding as a passenger, and I hope you can understand my situation.
