The organization that is conducting the event: Government
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: (Event cannot be a common event, it needs to be special)
The Vice Governors wedding anniversary is coming up and the governor wants to get him something special. The governor has contacts within the mining industry and jewellery industry and he is using his contacts to obtain pure emeralds to retore a historic piece of jewellery once worn by Cleopatra. A shutdown mine closed due to health and safety is still owned by a mining company, The governor knows the owner and he wants inside. That mine is rumoured to hold a handful of the finest emeralds and with special government clearance the governor wants to enter the mine and retrieve them. The gems needs to be transported fast before the media pickup on the mine being reopened and too much attention rises. The national guard have been called in the help with the extraction from the area they will be waiting at the west side of sandy airfield with a cargo plane ready to take off and barricades protecting the area. The emeralds have to be transported under temperature controlled equipment as fast as possible so the cargo plane is well equipped. Once on board, the plane is to head to LSIA and land only when the Pegasus hanger has LEOs inside. The governor will be collected by USSS and moved to the jewellery store for processing of the piece of jewellery.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
National Guard
-Setup at the airfield and protect it
-Await the governor to board and fly him to LSIA with his team
-Setup in the hanger at LSIA for a safe landing that is secure for transfer
-Help him get to the Jewellery store
LSPD/SAHP/FIB
-Escort the government to the mine
-Hold the mine until the governor is finished inside the mine (2 minutes once reached the end point in the mine)
-Escort the government from the mine to the airfield and make sure boarding is successful
-Head to LSIA and secure the hanger for NG landing
-Escort the government to the jewellery store and make sure the governor enters the secure room
Life Invader
-Stalk the government like paparazzi
-Do live breaking news broadcasts about the mine being opened up and the plane leaving sandy shores and landing at LSIA
-Make sure the city knows about the covert operation
Government
-Make sure the governor always have protection
-Escort the governor from the capitol to the mine
-Escort the governor from the mine to the airfield
-Head to LSIA Pegasus hanger and secure it and make a convoy
-Escort the governor to the jewellery store
Gangs
-Will find out the location via life invader broadcasts
-May intercept the convoy at any time
-May hold key points strategically before LEOs arrive (Jewellery store, airfield, LSIA airport)
-Must kidnap or kill the governor to recover the valuable gems
-Only 1 gang can win
Governor
-Do the RP commands in the mine to recover some stashed gems (last 2 mins in there)
-Don't die and get sent to hospital
-Make it to the safe room in the jewellery store
Other organizations involved: EMS can also be on some scenes for shots before the combat starts at said scene.
Admin Requirements: Spectate and make sure all orgs are taking part. The plane being supplied by NG is the main one. Also remove the green zone from the jewellery store.
How is the event won?: Capturing the governor or killing him and finishing him off.
Prize for the winner: $500k for the killer that kills the governor. $1M for capturing him. LEOs will receive $1M prize pool split between all the LEADERS that manage to attend.
