1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I. There are a number of factors that motivate and inspire me to lead Lspd, especially given the number of terms I have served in different organisations. The main reason why I am motivated and inspired to lead Lspd is because of the experience I have in this organisation and in this field. I am aware of what works and what does not work

II. Since I joined Lspd there have been many leaders that led the department. Some were great and some could do with improvements. My purpose is not to put down my predecessors but rather to gain from their experiences. The give me an opportunity to build an steady leadership team. I also want to ensure my team members communicate well. They need to have a friendly attitude. Like each other. This way the chances of having any misunderstandings will be reduced. When it comes to making decisions I want to make sure that they are good and fair decision. This will help in bonding with my officers. The best IA team will have to be involved with all of this to. That will help in best decision making and ensuring everyone understands the same information and be under org rules. My goal is to have a team that sticks together. The IA team will be critical and will have no disturbance in their doing.

III. During my experience in the Lspd, I have been able to gain in-depth knowledge about the way in which each one of these departments in the organization works and relies on other departments to function in an efficient manner. This includes their patrol, command, and Human Resources and Training Department. As I understand the way in which this organization works, I will be able to utilize this knowledge to maximize these contributions if I were to be placed in charge in the future.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

  • Encouraging more cross organisation work, whether it be making sure collaborative ideas and strategies are being shared at key events, or pushing cross organisation training on a scheduled basis.
  • Ensuring training is provided effectively to all new org comers, I have noticed during recent terms at LSPD that trainees are excited to join the org and get the chance to show their work but many of times they sit waiting for a period of time just to get some advice, I want to make sure that face to face training is given 100% of the time to new comers. And making sure that high commands are also included in phase 3 training as they have such a large amount of experience and valuable advice.
  • Frequent organisation training, meaning across all departments. I would love to have meetings where we as a group all discuss factors IC such as promoting people in the departments that are doing good work, how we train people who are new to departments that might have no idea what to do, a good example of this would be IA and PR because they stand out.
  • Ensuring that city patrol and towing are always ongoing, too much of the time people just sit in the HQ and don't know what to do, simply driving around city can make a huge impact knowing that there is a LSPD presence, and, towing makes sure that people breaking the law are consistently being dealt with.
