2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Create new RP within not just EMS but the whole City. I love participating in RP events and there is so much potential to create this across the city using EMS. I want to bring clients into the hospital when employees have been out to their calls for full check ups, ensure they have no broken bones and or carry out surgery if their course of treatment requires us to do so. When people come in for pills check their temperatures and engage in role play to ensure the correct course of treatment before issuing medication and so much more.
- My skill set, I have a wide range of skills from my leader roles in gangs and my deputy roles in NG, LSPD, GOV and numerous other HC positions across all organisations. I am able to lead by example, ensure good activity, I know how to talk to people so I can help train employees and create a positive working environment but also ensure people are happy with my approachable nature and good problem solving skills.
- I want to try something new. As I have previously mentioned I enjoy the RP side of city and I want to use this doing something new although I have little experience in EMS I feel my experience in leadership roles will help me in this new journey and have a successful term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Inviting people into the hospital for full check ups once we've been on call outs to ensure full health.
- Have free clinic sessions where the public can pop into PH at set times for free checkups and procedures.
- Hold both elective surgery and emergency surgerys with a fully qualified surgical team.
- Ensure we attend events to ensure safety to hostages and state employees as they gear up to events so EMS can be part of the RP.
