Rejected GR-1.1,1.2 I Lebron Pluxury

I didn't play grand rp for 2 month because i had surgery and then when i got gome i log in my account and i see im banned for GR-1.2 even that i had two factor authenticator and i swear i didn't give nobody my password or email i already posted a thread and Administrator Lebron Pluxury changed my ban to GR-1.2,1.1 it's almost 2 years since i got banned im still trying just to know what mistake i made,if it's really my mistake i will accept it. but its hard for me to lose account that i played on for 3 years and put a lot of hardwork and made so much fun playing it.
