I am writing to appeal my ban from over a year ago. I am submitting this appeal now because the ban on my friend's account (ID 264741) was recently lifted, and I am hoping for the same opportunity to clear my name.
First, I want to clarify why there is no initial unban request from my own forum account right after the ban occurred. At that time, I did not know how to use the forum properly. Therefore, my friend opened the original appeal on behalf of both of us. as your request I have linked those original appeal threads at the bottom of this post for your reference.
Regarding the incident: At the time, we were collecting statues. My friend was driving the vehicle when it caught fire. Due to a visual bug or a major sync/desync issue, the vehicle appeared fully repaired on our screens, and my friend continued to drive it. I want to emphasize that I was simply riding along in the passenger seat during this entire situation. The ban reason given was "Cheats," but I have never used any illegal software or scripts.
I have been banned for over a year now. If I were actually a cheater, I wouldn't still be here a year later trying to prove my innocence. I am entirely open to a full PC check to show you that I am completely clean and have nothing to hide. I truly miss playing on this server and just want a fair chance to return.
I was caught in a technical misunderstanding as a passenger, and I hope you can understand my situation.
