Reason for Complaint: Rejected - Fehlbann Acc 1.1 I 1744 I Joe Savage
What happened: My administrative complaint was rejected. As I have already stated, I have never shared my account. At no point has anyone other than myself been logged into it. A few days ago, I changed my email address, but I do not see how this justifies accusing me of violating rule 1.1. Regardless of where or when I logged in, it was always only me who had access to the account. There is no one who has or ever had my account details. I still have clips and recordings from earlier on my PC as proof of my activity. At all times, any login to this account was made solely by me. I am not aware of what might have happened during the period when I was inactive — it is possible that my account was compromised or accessed without my knowledge — but I have never shared my account or my login information.
I´ve been playing on DE03 since it´s release, and After four years, I no longer have the Rockstar and Steam accounts that I originally used, as I switched from Rockstar to Steam (GTA). I also changed my email address because I no longer had access to the previous email account and wanted to avoid running into the same issue again — forgetting my password, submitting a request, and only recovering it months later. I do not know when anyone could have logged into my account or from which location other than my own. However, I have not moved far from the place where I originally created the account. I am also willing to improve the security of my account, as I did not use the strongest password before. I would enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and change my password to prevent any unauthorized access in the future. I kindly ask for leniency and a second chance, as I have never shared my account. Additionally, in August 2025, I created a communication post
( Account Probleme DE03 ) because I was unable to recover my account password and had to repeatedly try passwords I could remember until I was eventually able to log in. I would kindly ask you to check my IP-Adresses that logged on to the server, because my original PC is no more there.
Originally, I planned to become more active on DE03 together with a friend. However, since she had her own issues and stopped playing, I only intended to play there with her, so I remained on DE01 for the time being. (During this period, I also upgraded my PC components). I’m asking for a second chance because I still want to support roleplay on DE03, build something meaningful for myself, the players, and bring more variety to the crime scene.
