Hello Dear Higher-ups,
First of all have a good one. I am opening this forum "For curator of the project" so one Higher-up can review it. Please dont reject it directly and review.
Since our family has grown and become the top family on the EN3 server, I’d like to talk about the individuals and families who have played against us and targeted us.
Since our family has grown, many people have joined us. We subject everyone we accept into our family to strict scrutiny and investigate them as thoroughly as possible. Below, you can see the questions we ask a person before giving them a rank and the process we follow:
Before we gives rank, we call them to our family Discord and tell them they need to fill out the “Role Request” form.
The role request form: (Also at next page we are asking clips/montages from them)
When they fill it, our HC's reviewing it and if the person safe we are approving them. Also before approving, we call them to VC( ) and want them to share their screens, so we can check their games if there is any suspicous things.
We also report players we suspect to the appropriate administrators and ask them to do PC Check to them. We are reporting sus players to PC Checkers and Unofficial Curators. We have DMs about that with Frost Vukovic.
By following these steps, we’re taking as many precautions as we can, but since we’re not as capable as a PC Checker, there are some players we can’t catch. If any of these players exhibit even the slightest suspicious behavior during an event, we ask them to provide their POV regarding that event and review it. However, as I mentioned earlier, since we aren’t a PC Checker, there are people we can’t catch.
Let’s get to the main point: a few members of the Ryuu and Assassins families have been persistently urging us to open a forum. You can see these forums below:

Also this forum it personally involves me and my family. And it portrays me as “someone who helps cheaters” because of a comment I wrote. It also claims that the fact no one from NoCap FamQ was present during the mentioned event is proof that all NoCap members were involved in helping. These are truly absurd and baseless claims. If we can be proven right with such accusations, then I believe they are the ones engaging in IRL trading, cheating, or helping others. In that case, they are also should get punishment.
Also, I’d like to mention this forum. After reviewing the discord channel with my leader, we didn’t see that the Assassin Family had received any warnings as a result of this forum. But in this forum, they says we already get warning for this sit. (Possible Media Power?)
In addition, the forum they opened in response to the one I created was rejected.
And also, If you were to say, “They're an unofficial family also, but they do not get any warning for cheaters.” the reason is this: they're just small families that only play State Control with their own friends. As for us, since we're the best family on the server winning nearly every event, or rather, every single event it's only natural that we encounter such situations.
Also 157812 has filed many forum complaints about our family over the last 3 weeks without providing any concrete evidence. In an effort to get our family into problems even though there is no proof, he starts a new forum every time one of them is rejected, reiterating the same claims. As of right now, 157812 has started nine or more boards with similar accusations against us. Even after his allegations have been examined and dismissed, he persistently pursues our family. Bobby Sir cautioned us following the previous forum, and we have been extremely cautious with our family recruitment ever since. We began keeping a careful eye on new members, eliminating any players who seemed suspicious, and ensuring that our family remained tidy. Even with these safety measures, the repeated forum complaints and accusations have persisted.
We took the warning seriously and made sure to be extremely stricter about who may become a member of our family. But the same accusations continue to be made. The primary allegation is that we entice or recruit infidelity into our family, although there has never been any solid evidence to support this. All that is displayed are connections to players who were banned for cheating while they were members of our family; this does not demonstrate that our family encouraged, supported, or assisted them in any manner. These accusations are easily refuted, administrators. Many of our active family members have had PC checks during the last few days, including yesterday.and they all passed without any problems. This demonstrates unequivocally that the charges against our family are unfounded. As the Top 1 family, we believe that we are being unfairly singled out and frequently reported in an effort to harm our reputation and cause us needless issues, when all we want is to enjoy the server and manage our family in a fair manner.

And I want to add a few more points. We have already received a warning regarding Falcon and Abdul, so I don’t understand why their names are being mentioned again and again.
To clarify: Falcon was banned for helping ban evaders in gang turf, which can be confirmed by the admins who issued his ban.
As for Abdul, he was banned for cheats in EN2. However, he had been playing EN3 for over a year he was a gang leader (I think), held deputy roles, participated in gang turfs regularly, and had been POV requested multiple times. We genuinely believed he was a clean player. His ID is also quite old (44k). We acknowledge that this was our mistake, and we have already been punished for it. Continuously bringing up their names, especially by Mihir and Alaric, feels like unnecessary targeting. I request that this be taken into consideration.
And I’d like to add a few more points. When we invite players, we always try to ensure they are at least level 10,(gave the picture of role request section on the above) You can check our role request section we always try to see their clips and forum accounts. we also closed the family hotel due to mass targeting issues. Additionally, we have already kicked around 30–40 members whom we suspected to be ban evaders or suspicious players(https://imgur.com/a/2lXuhQq). All of this shows that we are actively trying to maintain fair play and follow the rules.
Other families have been targeting us because we are currently the top 1 family in the server and winning most of the events. Since they can’t compete with us directly, they are trying their best to get our family closed by targeting us
At final, what I’m trying to say is, we’re fed up with these families constantly giving us a hard time. This is straightforward targeting. We’re doing everything we can to address cheating issues and are doing our very best. But they just keep giving us a hard time. This behavior is truly shameful, and we’re fed up. But they aren’t. Normally, I don’t want to get involved in forums like this, fueling resentment between families and causing trouble for the admins, but its enough. I hope the right people face the pnuishments they deserve.
