Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve spent a good amount of time understanding how the server works from a player’s perspective, especially in RP situations involving conflict, rule interpretation, and fairness. I want to move into an admin role because I enjoy maintaining balance and helping others have a smooth experience. Instead of focusing on personal progression, I want to contribute to the overall quality of the server by handling reports, guiding players, and ensuring rules are followed properly.

I can handle player reports efficiently, resolve conflicts without bias, and guide new players in understanding RP rules. I’m also comfortable working in a structured system and following admin protocols. My focus is always on fairness, consistency, and maintaining a positive environment.
