Life Story:
Luca was born into a family, he had a tough childhood because his parents were very strict. His mother really wanted him to take over the family business one day.. Luca was always drawn to the streets. One day something big happened. He ran into some people who wanted to hurt his family. He almost got killed. Luckily a police officer saved his life. From that day on Luca wanted to be a police officer Then everything changed. Some gangs burned down his house and his sister died in the fire. Luca was so filled with guilt that he left his family. He was all alone now. Luca went to live with his uncle. Started working at his uncles club. He was still very angry and he could not control himself, he got into a fight. Stabbed a man. He had to run but the police caught him soon. Luca was in a bad spot. He could die or go to prison.. Then the same police officer who had saved his life before showed up again. Luca tried to hurt him with a knife. He failed. He left the officer at the hospital. Ran away. A lot of time passed. Luca had to learn how to survive on the streets. He became stronger and tougher. He also learned how to use weapons. Became very good at it. He even became a hitman. In the end Luca decided to do something. Luca was tired of running and joined the Los Santos Police Departmen with a fake identity in Los Santos. He didn't do it because he wanted to help someone, he did it because he wanted to get at the gangs that had hurt his family, his sister.
Career Story:
At 22 years old, Luca joined the LSPD Academy. He graduated and became a good patrol officer. He had good knowledge, communication skills, and shooting skills.
After 3 years in the LSPD, Luca wanted to become an FIB agent. One day, he saw that the FIB was holding recruitment at the capital, so he went there and passed the interview.
He became a trainee in the FIB, but he completed the training easily. Luca worked in the FIB for 10 years and was promoted to a high command position.
Now at the age of 35, he became interested in the SAHP and joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol easily because of his high command experience in the FIB. He is now a U.S. Marshal in the SAHP, working to take down gangs.
Outcomes:
1) Luca can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Luca can deny and lie about calling a lawyer/refuse to read miranda rights and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification.
3) Luca can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a Money not as a favor (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Luca can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his family members. ( No targeting or PG)
5) Luca can release friends, family, or associates from custody or detention, and can actively aid them in evading arrest or escaping confinement — including through the darknet for jail breaks for Money not as a favor. (No MG)
6) Luca is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
