U can see in my pov i give him patch offer (i wasn't able to say "patching you" cause my parents were beside me OOC sorry for that) and he rejected my offer and then he shouting and its not 1st time he did he come many time and did same things reject my patch offer and shouting in same way and suddenly he insultig EMS on duty employee he said MF to me.
He could have said it nicely like wrong muscle flex can u give me the offer again but he didn't . because he shouting im not give him patch offer for second time
