2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
It has been a long time since I was in the city. Always I think about to be the leader of Vagos. It’s the best gang in the city for me. I have been participated in several gangs and been high commands in the gangs. That’s why I think that I have enough knowledge to get the leadership of Vagos.
I also got some goals as a gang leader which i want to achieve as having the most active gang, successful gang term with most numbers of raids and robberies, also i want to have the whole ghetto painted in our colors and have a dedicated team to spray our color all over the ghetto and Yellow color is my personal favourite.
I believe that now i am ready and can take on this responsibility of being a leader and come out as the best leader of Vagos and i would love to show the city how i and my friends/people of Vagos can dominate the full city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Will hire top of the top deputies who will make sure everyone in the org maintain activity properly, From the highest to lowest rank in the org. No matter who they are will always keep an eye on those who are inactive and fire them immediately.
For me, one of the most important problem is favouritsm. For that im gonna make sure that no one will get high ranks without being active, If they are not active their experience is worthless.
Rookies will not get higher ranks (until they gain experience) (no favouritism)
Each gang member must have at least 5 years of experience in the city and will need to know the rules well.

Good graffiti bonus every hour
Most dangerous gang / Terrorist org
Finish the term with 0 warnings
No toxicity in gang
Dominating the Ghetto
