I was just chilling outside my house when I see these 4 state employees breaking into cars and searching their trunks without any RP situation. One of the cars was even parked correctly on the family driveway. Not all members were doing this however not one other employee tried stopping this rule break. They even drove down to check another car but stopped doing it when they realised I was nearby.
