Hello Admin,
I logged in today and saw that I have been banned under ER 1.7.
At the time of the incident, I had some urgent personal work, so I wasn’t active and didn’t check the forum or in-game messages. Because of that, I didn’t know that a POV was requested.
I do record my gameplay regularly, and I still have the clip from that time, but unfortunately the file is corrupted and not opening. I’ve attached a screen recording where I try to open it (also tried in VLC), but it doesn’t play.
Around that time, I had also updated my NVIDIA drivers, and after that I noticed some issues with recordings. Later I rolled back to the previous driver and recordings started working normally again, so maybe that’s why this file got affected.
Also regarding the report about bug abuse, I want to clarify that it was not intentional. Situations like players being invisible can sometimes happen due to desync or server-side issues. I have personally experienced similar situations multiple times in clands where players become invisible or can’t be seen properly. If that happened in this case, it was not something I used intentionally.
I’ve never had issues with POV before and I always try to follow the rules and record my gameplay properly. There was no intention from my side to avoid providing POV.
If there is any way to fix or recover the file, I’m ready to share it and cooperate fully.
I understand the importance of keeping POV and checking requests, and I will make sure to keep backups and monitor this more carefully going forward.
