After all the car ramming, shooting at officers without cause, and insults, he decided to end the RP by leaving the game just as I was about to issue fines and arrest him. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, so he won't be fined or wanted. Can he at least face some serious consequences? This guy seems to believe he's in GTA Online and not a roleplay server. Sorry for the 30-minute video, but I want you guys to have all context.
