Scenario:
A famous actress has been kidnapped by a gang and is being held hostage in Studio City. LEOs receive intel about her location and mobilize from LSPD HQ to rescue her. The gang is defending the location and will eliminate any LEO units attempting to breach and secure the actress.

Objectives:

Gangs:
Defend the hostage location in Studio City.
Eliminate all LEO forces.

LEOs:
Enter Studio City and rescue the actress.
Eliminate or arrest all gang members.

Rules:
No healing teammates, personal gear, drugs/juice.

Admin Requirements:
Spawn actress (hostage) + gang members at Studio City.
Give: AR Carbines + 1 armor.
Setup: Studio City combat zone, flashing hostage timer HUD.

Vehicles:
LEOs: Standard patrol vehicles (spawn at LSPD HQ).
Gangs: No vehicles.

Weapons: AR Carbine + Body Armor.

Outcome:
Gangs win ($400k) if all LEOs are eliminated and actress remains captured.
LEOs win ($400k) if actress is successfully rescued or all gangs are eliminated.
