3. Why do you want to be a leader of this organization?
Ever since I started playing on Grand RP, becoming a leader has been one of my main goals. I didn’t want to rush into it—I wanted to first gain experience, understand the server rules, and learn how gangs operate. Now I feel ready to take on this responsibility.
I want to become a leader not just for the title, but to actually improve the organization. In the past, I’ve seen situations where ranks were given without effort or real contribution. My goal is to build a system where:
- Activity is rewarded
- Loyalty matters
- Hard work leads to promotion
I also want to bring high and consistent activity to Families. With my time online and dedication, I will make sure the gang is always active in:
- Turf wars
- Spray painting
- Robberies
- Events

As a leader, my main focus will be organization, fairness, and activity.
Management:
- I will track member activity daily
- Inactive members will be warned and later removed if needed
- Promotions will only be given based on performance
