I am writing on behalf of my friend regarding the ER 1.7 ban and blacklist decision.
He did not intentionally form a team or violate any server rules. We believe the situation is a misunderstanding. The only issue was that he accidentally sent multiple messages, and this was not done intentionally.
If you review the records, it will be clear that there was no deliberate rule violation. Therefore, we kindly ask you to reconsider the decision and remove the ban.
