I would like to raise a complaint regarding the ban on my account. I had not played the game for several days, and today when I logged in, I found that my account had been banned for “illegal Discord.”
I would like to clearly state that I have never joined or been involved in any illegal Discord activities. In fact, I have not been active in the game recently, so I am unsure how this violation has been applied to my account.
I kindly request you to review my account activity and provide valid proof of the violation. As per my knowledge, I have not broken any rules.
I was informed that my account was banned by Floki Vilgeroarson. I respectfully request a proper investigation into this matter and ask for my account to be unbanned if no wrongdoing is found.
Please help me resolve this issue fairly.
