I hereby submit an appeal concerning the evaluation of my application for the position of CEO.
I did comply with all requested checks, including PC check. However, providing my browser history does not fall within my comfort zone as it can reveal personal and financial data about me which I am not ready to share. Moreover, I wanted to bring to your attention the fact that the interview was conducted on video. Sharing my browser history during a recorded conversation may result in revealing some personal data which are not required for the PC check.
Following the GDPR principles, particularly the data minimization and the purpose limitation principle, I find that my browser history is unnecessary information. Also, I must mention the fact that being a Canadian resident, I am aware of my privacy rights. However, I would like to underline the fact that I have successfully taken up CEO leadership roles before twice in a row, and there is nothing in my record apart from a minor mistake from early in my career (a simple mixing). I am still completely open for cooperation with any kind of PC check procedure that relates to my gameplay. Is this a requirement that is stated in the official company policy? Is there a possibility for a more acceptable alternative? Or is it targeting by an admin? Sadly, I don't have POV of the interview which couldn't even start due to disgusting requirements on PC check. One more thing, they indeed also recorded my different browser (Google Chrome) history and I request for that data to be deleted or I will proceed and apply according laws.
