Event details:
A high-ranking Lieutenant General of the National Guard was traveling with his newly married bride in a secured convoy toward their ceremonial destination. Midway through the journey, the convoy was ambushed by a coordinated gang attack.
During the assault, the gangs successfully abducted the bride and fled the scene, leaving the Lieutenant General under heavy protection by state forces.
In response, LSPD and FIB launched an immediate investigation and intelligence operation, identifying and capturing one of the gang’s most important members as leverage.
The gangs, now holding the groom hostage, established communication with state forces and demanded the safe release of their captured associate.
Negotiations begin between both sides, with tensions running high. The exchange is planned under strict supervision at a designated location.
Once both parties arrive, a negotiation phase will take place to finalize the exchange. After the hostage (bride) is returned and the gang member is released, the situation rapidly escalates into hostility.
A final confrontation breaks out as gangs attempt to retreat safely with their freed member, while state forces move to intercept and regain full control of the situation.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
NG / LSPD / FIB / SAHP (State Forces):
Secure and protect the Lieutenant General.
Conduct investigation and track down gang members.
Capture and detain a high-value gang member.
Organize and control the hostage exchange.
Ensure the safe recovery of the groom.
Prevent gang escape after the exchange.
Gangs:
Ambush the convoy and abduct the groom.
Hold the groom hostage as leverage.
Negotiate the release of their captured member.
Execute the exchange and secure their associate.
Attempt to escape safely after the deal.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
State Forces:
Standard patrol vehicles (Police cars, SUVs)
1–2 transport helicopters (for movement only, no heavy combat use)
Gangs:
Normal civilian/gang vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, Bikes)
No supercars or heavily armored vehicles
Weapons:
Standard weapons only:
Assault Rifles
SMGs (optional, if you want variety)
No explosives, no heavy weapons (RPGs, miniguns, etc.)
Prize for the winner: 400k
