Hello Admin, I am filing this report against ID [ 233852] for Car Ramming (CR) inside the Ghetto.

I was simply driving through the Ghetto when this player started intentionally hitting my car with his vehicle repeatedly. Even though it is a Ghetto area, CR is not allowed as per server rules. He was constantly ramming me without any RP reason or initiation.
