Hello Admin,

I am writing from my secondary account because my main account has been blacklisted. This happened when I accidentally posted the same message twice while creating a forum topic for the first time.

I have been on the blacklist for nearly 2 months. At first, I did not consider it important. However, my main account recently received a 1-month in-game ban unfairly, and because I am blacklisted, I cannot submit an appeal. I also have records as proof of this situation.

Therefore, I kindly request that my main account be removed from the blacklist so I can properly appeal the ban.
