2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 -If I become a leader, you can be sure that I will be able to make quality rp and 100% turf season in accordance with the rules because I know the ghetto and gang and event rules. You can also be sure that I will never use the gang's money and ammunition for my own benefit. I will adopt everyone in my gang like a family member.
2.2 -bloods has a very good location and it is the best location for solar plant so i can give more and more bonus to my gang members , I will make sure that when Leos see bloods in doing Store Robbery, FZ raid ,Gun Store Robbery or Subs , They should have some fear to fight with families members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only
2.3- I have much experienced to now lead this gang and I have 2 experienced Deputy and Under Deputies Who can help me to operate families and In my past experience I have seen that rules where broken by the high commands ,they know only basic rule of the city so these things will be not be tolerated any more and I will hire 2 deputies from different time zone so that other gangs can see we are most active gang in the whole city
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1 If we ensure that none of highcommands will even think of doing favoritism during the term and if they do, we give the fair punishment, everything will be perfect in the term. And although if we tell people not to break rules (for example: wearing personal clothes instead of red during robberies) and if they keep breaking rules, we should give the fair punishment again so everything can go great as planned. Additionally, attending events, ghetto clapping, giving enough bonuses are the most serious things ever because if we give fair ranks, promote and demote fairly and give enough bonuses to members, then they will notice that we do everything properly and fairly so this term may even be the best term they will have ever seen.
