NLR is returning to the same fight within 15 minutes, not coming to the same place. Please read some rules and then make forums.
You'll get punished for E.R. 1.2.
They'll not get punished for NLR. Neither did they return to the same fight nor were they talking about the last fight in which they got killed. They just came back to that place for the event. So, this forum is nothing more than a self-report.

Thread owner will get E.R 1.2 but the mentioned IDs will get NLR. NLR is not just for fight. İf you dead somewhere while in gunfight , you cant go back there for just standing or attending event etc. There is not possible reason to go.

no worries buddy let admins decide , I already done a lot of NLR situations and its not about fight. You cant go back RP area within 15 minutes! Thats the thing here. It doesnt matter you fought back as I said. You cant go back there. You cant remember where you dead.
