Rejected Intentional Ruining RP experience

Hello, so i've been playing RP and i love the RP world. But this kid decides to Troll and ruin everything ... He drives a taxi car and runs over every person he sees.

I was running towards the hotel whilst he ran me over. Trapped me with his car and then continuously ran me over till i died. i had to pay £500 for an ambulance because of this kid running people over and screaming in the microphone....

something has to be done.
