Respected sir/ma'am,
I got banned yesterday for caravan bug abuse, even though I was literally driving a caravan truck normally. I didn't steal even a single caravan. To perform bug abuse, one has to steal a caravan from the backside, and I was driving the caravan when I got banned, as you can see in the POV at time 18:34.
ID 239224 (Juli Leon) was stealing caravans at the caravan location(time 18:31), and as you can see, she keeps stealing caravans as I spawn them. I don't want to fight with her because she is a good tuffer, and I always do caravans individually without fighting.
She is my wife in the game and a friend in real life, and I warned her not to do this, but she was very angry because 2-5 people came, and they started killing again and again. We even did not do a single caravan in 30 minutes. At time 18:29, as you can see, I talked with 94906 and he said same thing that I told juli earlier that our 3 caravan was stolen by enemies. Which is why she left the family and did this.
She assured me this time that she wouldn't do it again, and then she joined my family at time 18:31. All this conversation was done through metagaming in the Discord app, but due to a glitch or issue with my recording software, our Discord conversation and my in game voice were not recorded in the POV.
She got banned when I was driving the caravan (time 18:33). After a few seconds, my ID also got banned (time 18:34) while I was driving the caravan and not doing any kind of caravan bug abuse. I choose that route for the caravan because my family has 4 wars, and people will try to steal the caravan truck. That's why I choose a safer route than the normal route.
I have played more than 700 days in this game, and it is my favourite game. I grind here a lot and got banned for something I didn't do. I haven't even stolen a single caravan, and I was not involved in this caravan bug abuse.
Hope you understand this and unban me soon. I am also ready for a money wipe if needed. I have 2 million in cash in my ID.
