Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 - Families has always be a strong gang that has run this city I have been in Families on multiple occasions where the gang has been very active and had not only a good leadership but had good high commands to help lead the gang to success. I always wanted to take a gang leadership and I will do my best to make Families a success once again. After my experience as being gang deputy 2x for Ali Anonymous in families and Marabunta and 1x for Nikkie NoWay in Marabunta and more recently I have been deputy for Sosa Mane in 4 of his terms being Families, Bloods and 2x in ballas I feel that I have learned what it takes to run a gang, that I have the experience and that I have the capability to successfully run a gang.
2 - I have been deputy in a total of 8 times of which they were all very successful terms. I have experienced being deputy in both crime and state orgs but Families always seemed to be a gang with potential which doesn't often get the chance to reach its full potential and it inspired me to want to apply for Families leader to bring it to its full potential and show the people of the city to show the true strength of families, Families will become a gang to be feared.
3 - As long as I have been in city Families has had a strong reputation and strong leadership I would like to get leadership to take and org with an already incredible reputation and make the reputation even better and have Families take over not only the Ghetto but the city once again I want to paint the streets green I want the people of Los Santos to fear Families and run anytime they see someone wearing green.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I would improve Roleplay by encouraging Families to be very active by doing things like hostage, 24/7, gun stores, BM raids, Gang raids, NG trucks, FZ raids, Cland and Dealer recruitment, so that orgs are always on there feet reducing the amount of time they have just sitting around at hq while also dominating ghetto. I would also like to include newer players in the roleplay by actually giving them a chance to learn how to operate within a gang because I have noticed that not all newer players are given a chance to learn about how gangs work and what we do in them. I would also make sure that all HC follow all rules and fulfil the requirements of the position making sure that they step up when needed to lead things and to actually teach and not just tear people down.
What do I want to get out of this gang.
