Even though we didn't use any profanity or insults in Prime Chat, the other party provoked us, and we only responded by calling them "talkless NPC" and "easy," without making any further insults. However, for some reason, richard_crawford banned us for 3 days, when he should have muted us for 180 minutes, because there was no insult involved. The other party continued to insult us, yet neither received a ban nor a mute. This is unfair; the admin is favoring his own friend.
