Nationality: Korean
Place of Birth: Seoul, Korea
Sexuality: Straight
Weight: 175LBS
Height: 5'10
Eye Color: Brown

Tattoos: Face, neck, chest, back, left and right arm
Strengths: Articulate, business minded, and strategist.
Weaknesses: Tries to be too perfect and will sometimes miss deadlines.
Life Story:
Hank Walters was born in Seoul, Korea, into a wealthy family. After his parents divorced, his mother took him to Los Angeles and refused every cent of support from his father. They settled in a rough neighborhood, and shortly after they arrived, the L.A. Riots broke out and racial tension between Koreans, Blacks, and Latinos exploded across the city. Hank walked to school past drive-by shootings and beatings. That was his childhood and the norm.
By high school, he was tired of watching immigrant Koreans get bullied by the local gangs, so he started his own. It began as protection for his people, but it didn't stay that way. Once a gang becomes a real gang, you can't pull it back... and Hank learned that the hard way.
Junior year of high school, for vacation, Hank flew back to Korea for the first time since immigration. Seeing the homeland opened his eyes. He realized there was a bigger world out there than the streets of LA. When he returned, he loaded up on AP classes with one goal: Harvard. To make his mother who sacrificed losing everything proud. He and his best friend even started going to church together, trying to turn their lives around.
The day before a church retreat, they stopped at a café. Rival gang members from Hank's past walked in and jumped them. Hank pulled his gun and dropped every one of them. However, his best friend was also on the floor, drowning in his own blood.
That was the day Hank dropped out of school. Harvard, church, all of it — gone. He had one focus now: take out the entire gang that killed his friend. But he wasn't going to make the same mistake twice. Courage alone wasn't enough to be a powerful gang. He knew he needed money, weapons, and connections.
So he moved to Los Santos to hustle from the ground up. Today he owns a successful 24/7 store, and he's saving every dollar to build something bigger: the most dangerous criminal mafia this city has ever seen.

Outcomes:
- Hank is a skilled driver who is proficient in navigating various types of terrain, including grass, sand, dirt, and gravel. However, it is important to note that his expertise does not extend to driving on mountains or engaging in other unrealistic driving scenarios. (No UB driving)
- Hank is able to find and destroy bodycams using correct RP commands (only for personal gains). • /try looks for the functional bodycam (twice in each case) • /do destroys the found bodycam. From being arrested multiple times and having strong state experience, he knows that state employees and federal agents carry bodycams (hidden or visible), so he can search LEOs using /try to find the bodycam, and /do to destroy it. (Will not be used in State Org. /try command no more than 2 times per situation.)
- Hank can offer illegal and/or legal organizations special information for bribes (up to $50k). (Will not be used in State Org.)
- Hank carries a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his clothes 24/7 and does not need to refresh it or use the /turns on bodycam command. The footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time via the internet. If he dies, his lawyer can access the footage and use it for further investigation against the murderer. (Only for personal use.) He can also use /me takes SD card out of the hidden clothing camera and /do hands over the SD card to the person in front of him.
- Hank can recognize anyone by their clothes and voice. (Will not break MG by using ID — only clothes/voice/past information.)
- Hank grew up around violence, making him fearless and focused in life-threatening situations. If needed, Hank can take down 2 or 3 people at once to save his life. (No Fear RP — only do this when there are no guns or weapons pointed.)
- Under pressure, Hank remains cold and calculated, using sharp instincts and precise aim to outsmart enemies, all while keeping his tactics grounded in reality. (Keeping Fear RP and Fail RP in mind.)
- Hank is traumatized, has anger issues, and is unstable in the head due to his past and large use of drugs/cocaine; therefore he can shoot anyone when Hank feels unsafe or someone is pointing a gun at Hank. (No RDM or GR 6.15. With a sufficient RP reason, demands MUST be given.)
- Hank is experienced in controlling SUVs and sedans on rough roads. (Maintaining realism. No UB Driving.)
- Hank's drug use caused him to lose his mind; thus, he speaks without filtering. (No toxicity.)
