Although we didn't use profanity or insults in Prime Chat, the other side provoked us, and we only responded by giving "non-talking NPC" and "easy" responses. They were already violating the rules by talking outside of the game; we didn't use any other insults. However, Richard_Crawford banned us for 3 days, when he should have muted us for 180 minutes since there were no personal insults. The other side continued to insult us, but they were neither banned nor muted. This is unfair; the administrator is favoring his own friend.
