I was just driving going to the oil wells, when this guy jumped out of nowhere from the sidewalk of a corner, on which I didn't manage to stop on time to prevent hitting him as he was so unexpected. After I drove off, a few seconds later he issued a scripted demand for me to stop. I complied, and he told me "watch where you're going ye!" which was really unprofessional and provoking as he was the one jumping out from nowhere.
I was confused because he wasn't in a uniform, so I asked him "what are you, are you even on duty?" and his response was "No bro." The following conversation was unprofessional and felt like baiting for a reaction. I felt really provoked and was about to lose my cool due to the disrespect, abuse of power, and lack of professionalism. I decided driving off was the best I could do after all this nonsense. He even jumped on top of my car and called me "dumb" multiple times, claiming that as FIB he is "always on duty" even without a uniform.
  • General Rule 3.1: He called me "dumb" and was toxic OOCly.
  • State Rule 5.2: He stopped me without a valid IC reason while admitted to being "off-duty."
  • Possible if he doens't have BIO General Rule 6.4: He was acting as a "Bad Cop" (insulting, unprofessional, jumping on the car)
  • Fail RP / UB: Using police stop commands while off-duty and jumping on top of a car is unrealistic behavior (UB).
Possible if the second person wasn't FIB agent State Rule 5.10: This rule generally covers the correct use of state property. Taking a civilian for a ride in a government vehicle is a massive breach of protocol.

That's how I see this situation and it's all up to you Admins to decide if I'm right or wrong :)
