I was looking for cannabis location. Then I saw the ID 181718. I asked for his passport because he may be suspect. Maybe he plant the cannabis? After that he tried to escape but I got him teased and cuffed his hands. I want to put him on the ground but I couldnt. Because he was moving. After that he jumped down from hill and start to swam while his hands in cuffs. How he did that? Anyways I left him and kept my main mission. While I was having RP ID 202405 tried to do Heli-VDM but he dead there too lol.

You ask for a passport no matter, but why do you cuff first and ask? You can directly ask for a passport.

I am Chief of Staff and High command. I can go whereever I want without anyone. I used helicopter to came there. And I am not there to steal solar panel I just checked.
