Hello dear higher up admin,
As you can see, I got punished for RDM (used stun gun without any demand). I trust all admin team decisions, but I believe there may be a misunderstanding. I only provided short proof of the situation, and that might be the issue here.Both of them committed law violations. However, the Camaro driver drove off and flew to the mountain. I followed from behind and checked the area where he landed, but I lost him. I knew he would come back, and as I said, he returned near me. I was doing my job there, and for RP situation purposes, they committed multiple violations. I was aware of that and tried to stun them with my stun gun, but I failed there (missed my shots).
Then, as you can see, they called backup, did CR, and flipped my car. They thought that would give them the advantage to kill me, but they failed there too. I escaped from there and went back to take their IDs.I always try to perform RP properly and fairly in every situation. That is why I believe this punishment is not fully correct. I have opened many forums before, and in most of them I used the stun gun without giving a demand first, but this is the first time I received punishment for it.If my punishment is actually correct according to the rules, I am ready to accept it and serve my time. However, if my punishment gets removed, I will continue doing my job with fairness and professionalism as always.
For all bodycam comment , as you can see they had gun in their hands and tried to shot me while I was inside the GZ. And they tried to ran away from me! And the red camaro owner shot me from far away as you can see. Red camaro owner did overspeed,drove from opposite line,tried to murder a leo,etc. Because of that I didnt give demand over there because I didnt die there. I know all before situations!
