This guy have been abusing this sleeping bug for last 1-2 weeks. What he does is, He wait for his character to sleep and then pull out his phone to take 5 star wanted task which gives him 20k after 20min but because he is in sleep no one can arrest him.

At 0:12, you can see when I check him in PDA he was 3 star wanted but at 2:51you can see him pull out his phone and take 5 star wanted task. At 5:35 when I checked him again on PDA he was again 5 star wanted since he took the 5 star wanted task
