I would like to bring an issue to your attention regarding the EMS leadership application process.
Recently, I noticed in-game that Shisui announced that EMS applications were open. Following that, I applied for the EMS leadership role. However, my application was rejected on the basis that my main account has a permanent ban.
I would like to highlight a concern here: one of my friends pointed out that some current admins were previously banned before becoming admins, yet they were still given opportunities. This raises a question about consistency in the application and selection process.
Additionally, before applying, I personally saw Shisui mention proof certain conditions in-game, which influenced my decision to apply.
Main Concern:
At present, the server is experiencing very low RP activity. There are fewer players online, and gang activity has significantly decreased. One of the major reasons seems to be: Some selected leaders not completing their required terms
Due to these issues, meaningful RP scenarios are not being conducted regularly.
