2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all i want to be leader of Federal Investigation Bureau as it is the most powerful organization in Leos, after serving as an Undersheriff in SAHP and being high command in all state orgs i feel prepared to become the leader of Federal Investigation Bureau, With the knowledge i have gained through out these years i have learned many IC laws as well as OOC rules and during these years after getting these experiences now i am confident that i can lead an term successfully without any issue i will be active as much as i can and bring max numbers at events to ensure that rules and regulations are being followed by everyone and to ensure safety and security of citizens with proper professionalism.
I will make sure that every agent is well trained and know about rules and regulations properly and will give them fair opportunities to grow and will make sure that their is no favoritism in the org for that we will properly check the activity of our agents and if we found someone who has a higher position in the org but still is not doing their works properly we will remove them and give opportunities to the agents who are working hard and have knowledge about laws.
I will create departments for their specific work to ensure that everything runs smoothly, Crime investigation department (CID) the main department to collect evidences against the criminal organizations and criminal families, Human resource (HR) this department is the very important as their work is to hire new employees and give them proper training, Internal affairs (IA) this department work is to maintain rules and regulations within the organization by conducting a proper inspection of the employees every 3 days, Quick response team (QRT) this team will be for the events to quickly respond and control the situations & Public relations (PR) this team will make sure that they promote law and order within the city and make good relations will public.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My top priority is to increase the roleplay in FIB, i will train my agents about the events so that they have enough knowledge and gain that confidence about events or arrests in these situations like hostage situation or store robbery so that they follow the RP properly and don't break their character.
Everyone will be expected to act professionally. If we found someone who is breaking their character or is doing less RP we will deal with them quickly and respectfully to help them.
We will conduct proper recruitment so that everyone feel welcoming in FIB and everyone will be trained properly before we give them serious responsibilities.
