2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. Since the start of my carreer in playing on this server I have always seen EMS been called the worst organization and I have always wanted to change peoples opinion about that and I think that this is my chance to prove everyone wrong and show the power of Emergency Medical Services / EMS to the whole server.
2.2. I have gained experience in many different organizations and I have grown my name and became I known citizien in the server. I know and I believe that with the friends I have I could make EMS a very active term and the employees in my term would enjoy it and have alot of fun for 30 days.
2.3. My aim is to maximize the activity in EMS make it become and active organization and have people waiting in PH front to join the organization.
2.4 As leader of EMS I will do my personal best to make sure that the employees of my organization get what they want and if something bothers them I will do all that I can to help them and give them support because if the leader doesnt give support and trust his team then that organization has already failed and I want my org to become a succesful one and hopefully stay for 30 days without any warnings.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. I want to have better relationship with legal orgs too improve the Roleplay in events. For example at hostage situations and store robberies instead of just checking on the hostages we could maybe do something else and take them to the hospital for a checkup or other stuff. If I get leadership I will talk with my curators about this and hopefully we can improve the roleplay for both the state orgs and criminal orgs.
3.2. I will host daily or weekly event / contests in the organization between the doctors and the other employees for them to enjoy the rp even more and not get bored.
