To improve the RP level in the FIB, I would focus on structure, discipline, and realism. First, I’d establish a clear chain of command and divide the organization into departments so every agent has a defined role. Second, I’d enforce proper procedures like case building, evidence handling, and warrants to avoid rushed or unrealistic actions. Third, I’d introduce regular training and briefings to teach high-quality RP standards and keep everyone consistent.
My Goals as a FIB Leader:
Finish the term with 0 verbal and 0 warns
Try to get 2 terms of Leader ship according to the LR rule 60days or 30days im aiming for 60days.
Make the Best Bonus system, this is related to improving RP level in the Org.
