Dear Bobby,
I had been banned for cheats around two weeks ago. I had tried to appeal for my unban but it had been rejected, I had been banned for cheats for the reason that the redux had unencrypted files when I was getting pc checked. I saw that people had been getting their punishments for this reason reduced to 60 days. I kindly please request that you guys can reduce my ban to 60 days and please give me a chance to play EN3 again.
