Rejected This is not a complaint but a request for jail time to be lifted

I've been on a 3 year Hiatus from the city upon returning today I was in jail with a 2 hour and 30 minute jail time obviously due to the amount of time between then and now I have no clue why and the reason only included a forum link that I also couldn't find. I was hoping and requesting that the amount of time since the offense would be suitable for a lift of the jail time so I could return to the city and get back to enjoying the server. I'd be glad to answer any questions as long as I'm able to recall. This is on Server #1 The administrator name provided is just who i talked to about making the thread as I said there is no complaint.
