Life Story:
Arif born in a family which loyalty meant everything. He grow up with his older brother Yazgan, Arif learned early that "Respect is earned , not given." Yazgan was more than just a brother to Arif. He was a mentor,a protector and the person who Arif trusted the most. Their father was taught them discipline while their mother showed them patience and strength. When Arif got older , he became known for staying calm under pressure and always protecting the people close to the him. Arif knows one thing! "Others will chase easy Money , Arif will focus on building trust , strong connections and a name people would remember all time." Thats his motto for whole life. Arif and Yazgan , they faced every situation and handled that like real family should!
Career Story:
Arif born in Turkey. He grew up in a strict family. His father was harsh person. Because of that Arif always thought he was under pressure.But thats not like that , his father wants to teach a lot of things to Arif. While Arif thought he was under pressure and the streets he lives in , he got involved a lot of illegal activites at younge age. He became like a gangster! He killed a lot of people,rob and stole a lot things from them. Arif spent a lot of years to done dangerous jobs. However he build a reputation in the Criminal World.While he was living that criminal activities there is something which is living with his in his head always. Arif always had a dream of becoming a soldier or police officer. But there is something bad for that dream because of his done bad jobs. Polices were put warrant on him in Turkey and started to chase him! Arif needs to do something. He found a way and escaped to the Los Angeles.
At first time , Arif continued his gangster life to earn some money. Because he left everything "Family" behind him. His aim was awesome. He didnt miss any shots! He started bounty hunter job and kept killing people to earn some Money.Behind the mask , he was known as a dangerous and feared person. One day Arif woke and think about his future life. He need to change something and dedicate one thing there! He will become a soldier. He needs to go with his dream. He got bored in illegal lifestyle. He dont want to hide anymore! He needs to Show his name who is the trusted most and fearest most.

He needs to build a discipline and needs to prove himself. Because of that he applied to the National Guard. His application form got accepted! He did a lot of good things in the National Guard. He secured the base and he wrote his name on the top of the list. After serving 3 years in the military , he changed his path towards to the a police carreer...
Outcomes:
1- Arif can accept bribes (up to $100K) and take any illegal / legal items from suspects to release them. // (Will follow G.R 6.14)
2- Arif can ignore or lie about the request for a lawyer and skip reading the Miranda Rights to any suspect.
3- Arif can try to find and break a suspect's bodycam using the /try command // (maximum 2 times per situation).
4- Arif can inject the suspects with truth serum to get information // (using/try only twice per situation).
5- Arif can delete his arrest entry from Previous commited Crimes in PDA Datebase to prevent him from saving IC Case file.
6- Arif can carry and use illegal weapons and also carry or use drugs while he is on duty or off duty.
7- Arif can put people in jail with fake reasons to demand money or weapons for their release // (Must have IC reason) , (Without Fail or Force RP.) and (max 100k)
8- Arif can help prisoners escape from DOC using USB/Darknet and take money (max $100K) to help them get out.
