He was shooting at me while talking on the radio. . After I killed him, he came back ( NLR ) and then killed me directly( RK ). He's not supposed to remember anything.
Time stamp 03:00 - hes giving me demands and shooting me.

ID 181727 will receive a punishment for GR 6.7 (RK) & GR 6.15 (UB Demands)
ID 234477 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15 (RDM)
ID 229210 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15 (Demands Were UB)

No Rulebreak is found here as GR 6.23 as sometime the visula glitches worked as original bugg

You broke GR-6.15 twice in the same situation​
