Hello dear higher-ups, I would like to clarify the situation regarding the punishment I received. I was in the ghetto fighting alongside my gang members when 3–4 LEOs arrived and started shooting at us, and during that moment I punched them while they had guns out. As far as I understand, punching in a gunfight usually falls under PG rather than something that leads to a warning, so I feel the Fail RP punishment may be too harsh in this case. Regarding the mixing punishment issued by Professor Alex (given by Ebrahim Holloway, as I remember), I don’t recall saying anything OOC during the situation and I’m confident that I didn’t mix IC and OOC at any point. I kindly request you to review the situation again and reconsider the punishments given, and if it is found to be incorrect, I would also appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your time.
