   Yes, So Many Years ago 2023 at that time i was not aware of every rule that day i joined NG its my first time in NG ( i feel too booring in NG ) so i shifted to Gov with prime leave and join Gov after 2 or 3 days NG came and give me state blacklist at that time i dont know how to make twink or anything so i said my friend to remove BL he is HC at that time he told i cant do that you can use my account : ID 32844 i admit my mistake and i want to continue with EN 3.
